Product availability is subject to change. In case of out-of-stock items, Aurovis commits to promptly informing the customer of any inability to fulfill the order.

4. Prices and Payments
The prices shown include VAT.

Shipping costs are indicated separately at checkout. Shipping fees include insurance based on the value of the goods. Costs may vary depending on several factors, but are typically €110 within Italy and €250 for international orders. Any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Accepted payment methods: online credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer.

Payment is made at the time of the order, and delivery is subject to successful payment.

5. Orders and Delivery
Orders placed on the website are confirmed via email.

Estimated delivery time is 30 business days from order confirmation.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

7. Warranty and Returns
Products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty of conformity.

Any defects or damage must be reported within 2 days of receipt.
